Strange Noises in rain in Honda Civic 2004 from Bottom

Facing issue same as shared in this thread (copy and pasting as it is the same one)

Dear Pak Wheelers Salam,
i need an advice from PAK wheeler Gurus.
i have a Honda civic 2004
The problem i am facing is a strange noise which comes very often right beneath my driving seat as if something is loose or broken. when i drive the car in like water (of course during rainy season) a noisy rotating sound like Trrrrr Trrrrr Trrrr comes from the same place (right below the driving seat) and it keeps increasing in giving race. when race (throttle) is released the noise get stopped.
i am very confused as i cannot see anything damaged from the below. this sound does usually comes but its very disturbing that if something is broken.

I got my car checked, mechanic was not able to find anything as there was no sound at that time. In a test drive nothing was there.

i would appreciate if you people can provide your valuable suggestions and input on this.

there is no rotating part right under the driver seat......

better to jack up both front wheels of the car and then check while wheels are rotating

Did that, asked mechanic to open both tyres, checked for hissa, barrings hubs bushes etc, everything is fine. The problem only occurs in heavy rainy conditions. No sound nothing while dry or semi wet conditions.

walikumsallam ye issue is civic me nikalta hai,, heavy rain me jese koi gari ki koi cheez nechy ragar kha rahi hu...

Hissa check krwayn agar wo thek ha, then,

Silencer rubbers htiin hen wo check krayn...

how about give the car a thorough washing underneath and then doing the same.

maybe the brake pads are swelling up... with moisture

Everything looks good. But what i found out might be the case. After read alot of civic related forums everyone said that its the silencer. So I'll be going to change all hangers of silencer this weekend. Will get back if the issue is resolved

Not be the case. Brake pads checked, hissa checked. Nothing in there

I have Honda BR V, 2018, manual transmission. I am facing annoying situation since few months and have very bad experience about Honda Sales and Services, Pakistan.

A rattling noise comes from my engine side which becomes high when speed paddle is pushed a little and disappears when accelerating a little a bit more. The noise is much clearer when car AC is ON. Overall noise disappears with high acceleration but becomes clearer when speed paddle is just pushed. The sound is high when sitting in the car and becomes more clear. There is no rattling sound when belt is removed and car is switched on.

I took my car to three Honda Sales and Services center, they all were unable to diagnose and find the problem. According to them l, there is problem with auto tensioner, generator bearing, water body. Upon advice I booked auto tensioner and replaced it from them but still facing the same problem. Generator bearing got checked from local mechanic but he declared its working perfect. Now only water pump replacement or check is left and thinking to visit Honda again for check or replacement if required.

Due to such annoying situation, does anyone has experienced such a problem and solved it. Please share your experience so that I may find a suitable solution of the problem.
