Strange RPM Issue Cultus VXR 2003

Dear All,

i am facing a strange issue related to RPM in my cultus carby 2003. Thermostat valve is installed with auto-fan for radiator

On cold startup, autochoke engages and RPM comes back to normal but only for petrol. for CNG, RPM remains between 1.5 to 2. I have tried to adjust the idle RPM through the knob on CNG kit which is used for idle setup but settings goes away after the drive of few KMs.

if I start the car without pressing clutch the RPM stays at 1 but after some drive, it increases between 1.5 to 2 and if i start car with pressed clutch, it start at 1.5 even though car is heated-up enough

Strange is if i reduce rpm through kit knob at this point, and reduce to 1 then after some drive, RPM doesn't remain at 1 but goes to 0.6 - 0.2 and engine starts to stall and i need to maintain rpm at 1 by pressing race paddle else it will shutdown. (A)

I faced same issue few years ago .Culprit was butterfly . If butterfly is sucking air once vehicle is idle rpm won't remain stable on CNG . Rpm will be fine on petrol .

I have cleaned the Carburetor with carb cleaning spray and readjusted the CNG Idle setting. Issue is resolved now.

aoa guyz my 06 cultus 88000km odo has a similar problem its auto choke does not disengage automatically i hav to reve up the car to turn the auto choke off also , jmy cars RPMS on petrol remain high at auto choke it reaches to 3000rpm and even at idle it remains higher like at 12-1500rpm eventhough according to mech mixture has been adjusted

an issue with auto choke wiring, when I connect the red wire(auto choke wire) my battery light inside the speed o meter coloumn turns on , what to do ?
and second thing, how to tune mixture settings (car is carby, 06 only on petrol, no cng )

Get the wiring checked by a good electrician the problem is minor will be sorted easily.
For mixture settings the stock setting from factory is about 2.5 turns anti-clockwise 1 turn=360 degree from full tight position of air fuel mixture screw. Where the car starts to idle perfectly.

mixture screw had no cut, so I made a cut, and seems working fine now, I"ll definitely fiddle with it in future
regarding auto-choke every electrician has its own theory and say " choro yar, auto choke ko , meter ka masla hai , someone says generator volts are low "
I"ll get it check from somewhere in Pindi/Islamabad, till then I have placed a hard paper against the auto choke screws to make choke plate fully open ...
