how to kill stray dogs

There has been a surge in the numbers of stray dogs in Karachi and it has become a menace days by day. Our marvellous Sindh govt performance is making these problems annoying and KMC refuses to give poison as they are bound by Sindh govt.
The idiot minister says if the dog bites, go and check if he is not mad, if yes then vaccinated and bla bla. dont kill dogs as it is against wildlife bla bla.....

these dogs not only a danger to kids and ladies, but also they are ruining cars by sitting on top of them, playing over them, ruining gardens and pots etc etc.

suggest good measures to get rid of them.......

Mass pest control campaign in your area using poison, that is the only solution to it.

In sharia, killing a dog is only allowed of it has rabies.

Please also check Animal Shelters like ACF (search on facebook). They usually respond to these calls and know how to deal with similar situations.
BTW, killing dogs is not an effective way to control rabies or their population. They are territorial animals and if you empty a territory, others will come and multiply. Some organisations like the above and Indus Hospital have a rabies control unit where they neuter these dogs so they don't multiply. Eventually reduces their numbers as well as the spread of rabies.

BHAI, sindh govt did started this neutralising this process, but vain. in fact dogs somehow are so frustrated that do foursome at one time (sorry for stating this here) and when children watch it they ask what they are doing........so this has to end. i was born in karachi and have seen days when there were zero dogs, but now simce there is not control on them......large number of them roam the street and i am talking about good areas..........it is even worse in densly populated slums and suburbs of karachi.
