Streaks appear on windshield despite changing wiper blades twice. Can anyone suggest what seems to be the problem?

Time to polish the screen with cerium oxide
with Rayon pads with 3-4K rpm.

If you are from Lahore, I know very good
person who polish the wishshelds. He is very expert & economical too.
