The issue isnt if the tracking world headunit has a dedicated pre-out for the sub or if it has the option to run a sub. It's down to the quality of music. Even by using a low-high filter, Youre just not gonna give enough power to the sub without a dedicated amp. These HU's are the pinnacle of bad audio quality. If you do end up buying a small amp enough for your sub, it's gonna be getting it's signal from the TW hu which again isn't the best thing I'd recommend. My suggestion would be to get a headunit that has dedicated pre-outs for the sub and which has sub controls ( on/off, level control, phase control, crossover).
Stock speakers, good headunit, 8 or a 10" sub and a small mono/2 channel amp.
If however this seems like too much of a hassle ( which it isnt if you have a good installer ), easiest option is to get a underseat sub. Recoil, Onkyo, Nakamichi all make great 6x8", 8" and even 10" underseat subs. Can run off high level inputs (incase your hu doesnt have low level outputs) and you have a gain knob to control the bass
