Subwoofer in Spare Tyre (Suzuki Mehran)

Guys I was on the project to put sub-woofer in extra tyre.

Sub-woofer is 12 inch and not shallow.

I have done some work and now looking for your guidance
Bcz kaam ruk gayaa huaaa ab :(.

Iss ki hil jul kaisay khatam karni hay?

Kiaa base banay gee yaa naheen?
and how to get maximum possible base?

open enclosure... no air displacement.. how will it make the proper beats?

you cant fix it permanently coz you will need to remove the tyre..

remove the spare tire. remove the cng cylinder for the project.

built a fiberglass enclosure over the spare wheel part. seal the lower body for any leaks and cover it in polyfill. once the sub is installed you can reinstall the cng cylinder.

however the spare wheel needs to be kept in the back of the car for that matter.

if u still want the wheel in the back, make the fiberglass enclosure over the wheel.

Up till now I have visited various thread on internet
my problem is tu pull out the woofer. Space under CNG cylinder is 5". And I hardly able to pull it out
And if it will with the enclosure it was impossible.

So looking for something keh woofer ko nikaalnaa bhi easy rehay. And half enclosure
woofer kay sath ban jaye and half spare tyre mein.

Shallow mount may also be the solution, however looking for some other idea
if successful

get a donut tyre and then try, u can also make a top cover aka lid to install woofer on it!

very interesting concept but if you wanna keep the spare tyre intact then theres another solution in my mind which is u can do stealth audio install such that you can built a box around spare tyre or you can install subwoofer in trunk sides .. that is if you have a trunk have a look at those pics

umair bhai, there just isnt enough space even for a stealth box in the back of a mehran with cng. it might be possible with a shallow 8 or 10 inch but a pioneer 12" will be a very hard fit. the best bet is either to do the fiberglassing or a pre-amped under seat sub.

Yes you are right these may be the workable solution
Under seat sub Rs.2500 mein mil rehaa thaaa pakwheel per per ksi aur ko sale kardiaa

I have seen in some small cars that two coxials and One woofer in back phatta
they might be using 10" or 8" woofers.

Surely if no spare wheel or nikaalnaa naa paray
then enclosure is possible

I was looking that when I put upper part of woofer on the tyre
Space in tyre and the woofer should work as an enclosure
But .........

However if you can upload pic of cousin installation
may also be informative for the purpose.

got a crazy fiberglassing idea but that will be a little expensive and have to test it before i can suggest it. basically involves fiberglassing over the cng cylinder and reverse mounting the sub

6. Put back the cylinder

Off course surely you are always with some ideas

and very truly expenses should be keeping in view
the car we have.

Right now I have placed this woofer in sealed enclosure and is
on rear seat.

And looking in future 8 inch woofer if can place between rear coxials
plus base at least itni ho keh pataa lagay keh woofer lagaa hay
