Sudden jerk and showing engine check light

Dear brothers, please help my Honda civic 2005 exi has started problem these days. It suddenly give jhatka and engine check shows for less then a second. My car mileage is okay, have installed new plugs, tuned, cleaned injectors. Car has also stopped on jump etc. Also it's RPM moves up a bit then comes to normal, like car is taking deep breath. Is it fuel pump issue or sthing else? Thanks a lot

possibilities that its current coil has some problem. It happend with me in previous car. But after changing current coil, the car become smooth again.

How much is it driven?
CNG?
When was the fuel filter last changed?

can it be some loose wiring, loose connection or ground...?

Better check the code by any scanner. this way you will get an idea that which part of wiring needs checking...

most probably ignition coil issue. do u hear a bang sound from the engine every time it happens? did u inspect the air filter of the car? is it fine?

A backfire most probably. Check ignition coils.

put her on ventilator as u observed she is taking deep breaths..marhoom ka aakhri waqt agaya hai

This car is with me for last one year.I removed CNG after buying as I don't like it. And it's 85000 now, I almost changed every thing but never changed fuel filter the one in tank may be called pump. But I have changed one fuel filter which is beneath back door left side just with tyre.

Yes positive terminal cover has broken, don't have that on battery. Could that be an issue bro?

Not that kinda sound I just hear a switch sound (tach) just like switch has on or off. Air filter just changed. But previous cng hole is there in filter box which has been covered by hard double tap.

Tuned Car, changed spark plugs (ngk), cleaned fuel pump. Car is so smooth alhamdolilah. Coils were fine. Thanks again. And yes oxygen sensor wire was loose. Fixed that as wel.
