Get to mechanic who has scantool. Have it diagnosed. Did u drive in puddle of mud and water? If yes than have the electronic brake connectors cleaned located in rear discs. And clear the codes.

Thank you for your response. I have done thorough service of my car and just after that i got this error. Can you share further details of the Electronic Brake Connector or its picture to locate it in my car. Your guidance will be highly appreciated please
