To someone who said that it is hardly possible at age 29, well it is quite common for people around me in office (all aged between 30-35). Two of them got surgical operation for the treatment, it was quite painful experience for them. It is also not fool proof and can still occur later in future.
The main point remains that you have to change your eating habits, and exercise. Two of the other guys who had this problem changed their eating habits and started visiting toilet more often got rid of piles completely. If you are suffering from it and even have blood in your stool, don't be afraid. Surgery is too early for you. Just change your eating habits, drink a lot of water and juices, avoid red meat and oily food, have fruits regularly, and even in 2-3 weeks you may see that you no longer have this problem.
