Mira will cause you a ton of problems as you can never tell what kind of condition it is in now. It was imported from Japan years n years ago, likely in bad condition, then roughly used and abused in Pakistan and will have its meter reversed.
You will not be able to find its parts, even if you do then only after searching for days in scrapyards and at exorbitant prices.
Maintenance will be a nightmare if you ever need a part and it will surely need new parts specially suspension and brakes related.
Go for cultus locally assembled - support, repairs, parts available everywhere, genuine and at cheap prices.
Or any other local hatch in your budget.
