Suggest locations for travelling North in Dec. & Jan

Salaam Gurus,
Have KE70 and have traveled except Kashmir almost every main places up north in main season (May to Sep.)

Want to do a trip in winters, plz let me know where is it accessible easily in Dec. & Jan.
Since I havent been to Kashmir wanted to go there.

Which exact locations should I visit ?
Till where can i go easily ?
What route would be feasible & accessible ?

Khunjerab via Chilas Battegram Kohistan
Swat > Kalam > Bahrain > Mahodand
Neelum > Ratti gali > Kel > Athmukam > Taobat

Note: I'm from Karachi.

Ideally a 15 days trip.

Also suggest safety precautions and items to travel in winter ?

Ratti Gali
Tao Butt

and Road to Mahodand Lake may also Be Close...

Last year khunjerab pass was closed from 01 Dec To 31 March.
.Neelum Valley will be open till kel .
Ratti Gali also close in Month Dec.
