Bro city and civic both are quite different cars from eath other
Civic is bigger better in proformance , much better build quality as compared to city , air bags and strong chasis
Where as city is a small car with no safety ,light weight chassis, no air bags , poor build quality
Resale and fuel economy
Resale of city is good as always but of civic especially reborn is very poor and hard to sell
Fuel economy of city is around 11-14 kmpl in city and 15-17 kmpl on highways
Where as reborn is a fuel guzzler the only reason of having poor reslae atleast now adays
It gives around 7-9 kmpl in city and 10-11 max on highways
City in think you can get in this budget but civic would be around 17 and only go for full option if your are buying a civic
In my opinion if the you want a car havibg good resale and fuel consumption than go for either gli 1300cc you'll get a 2011 model or corolla axio x grade 2wd both have good resale , , economy and low maintainence
