Well, I would personally recommend and suggest a " market ki gari " as far as used JDM vehicles are concerned.
Aqua is much "In" in the market as compared to Fit.
For Grace, it's not that market ki gari and quite expensive.
Low milage, auction grade 5 and above, 2015 model Grace will easily cost 25 Lac PKR +.

Are back seats of Aqua worse than Honda city back seats?

I currently own City and making up mind of Aqua.

Yes...they are cramped and not very spacious...if you really need those back seats then dont buy aqua...city is a nice car in a lot of respects...aqua is also a very good car if you dont need those rear seats...

My suggestion is go for aqua full of features and is a powerful efficent car and doesnot require any maintainance except oil change and filters change. As you are going to keep the car for a long time than go for aqua which should not be more than 100k km on odo. I also owned an aqua 2012 and 2015, 15 and 10 prius and currently having a fièlder 14 model hybrid is on next level technology.

I must say its personnel choice, Aqua drive and safety features are outstanding.
The only disadvantage is less space in rear and no Boot inshort its Hatchback with goodies.
Brand new city at this moment is also tricky decision as Honda might change its shape.
If Japanese Hybrid is must then you can also consider Honda Fit Shuttle which is big car.
Altis 1.6 if budget allows would be best option

Brother why dont you go for Honda Grace? it will fulfill your all needs i.e. comfort, great fuel average with sedan body and much spacious and more importantly way more awesome looks than aqua.
I have city and my 2 friends are having aqua. they always use to say yar city spacious and zyada comfortable hai, bari gari feel hoti hai.
Recently I saw Honda Grace and I was blowing out of senses just by looking the paint finish. Hell of difference between our local honda toyota and japanese car's paint apart from many other features.
I would suggest u to go for a sedan hybrid rather than hatchback hybrid.
Or in case you are bound to choose between aqua or city. my vote is for Aqua.
