Punk, agreed that F-10 at the moment is one of the poshest sectors of Islamabad, don't you think E-11 is better in terms of investment and envirnment?
now a days in Islamabad just for searching, have some option in F10 but they or registary transfer, i am looking CDA transferif you have any deal please do let me know
E-11 is not under CDA I guess. Roads are not that much better. And the prices are Hiked too much.
True E11 has many socities, like NPF, MP etc.do u have any idea about registary, what is the diffrence between registary and CDA transfer, most of the propert in F10 are Registry case.Is any one has any idea

ah yes Punk, that is one factor i overlooked. indeed, the roads are quite poor and i have yet to see the society's office there. i was just saying location wise E-11 is better just because there's not much population comparitively so after E-7, at the moment it's the best this (useless) way.
I spent 2 week in islamabad 100% for this search, and have very bad experence. three times its happens i fullfill the demand but on last minute the seller backout saying i will rethink. very very uncommited persons there and un-profesional market. Too much disappointed
