F-10 of course! haven't you noticed that houses in the G sectors are built on boundary walls, rendering them unsafer, just because of the small size of plots? even the streets are so small and difficult to manage in.
As for right time, yes it is for the simple reason that property prices ARE in fact lower than usual at the moment but as a friend once told me, proprty never causes one to lose - it's us and our decisions. these fallen prices will rise again some day.
One the whole, do try talking to a few property dealers. there ARE houses in E-7 which are cheaper than those in other sectors. area may be smaller but then, it's a matter of great pride and prestige to be living in E-7!
