Mehran or Cuore
For 6 lac, You can get 2014/15 model mehran (in Karachi) that will be EFI(new tech) and around 50/60k driven...all good to go further 50k km easily without any major maintenance work....provided you are able to find a very well maintained car, that has a recorded maintenance history...hence a dealership maintained car....
While for 6lac you can get about 2010 model cuore manual or auto...which is carburettor(old tech) and mostly driven 1 lac km and calling/wanting frequent maintenance work.
Alto - about 2010 model (carburettor)....not a trouble free car
Cultus - can get 2008 efi model but again it would be 1 lac plus driven and wanting maint work.
I would suggest to get a car that has a latest possible model available for your budget....as latest possible means, less mileage, means less maint and trouble for lady drivers...... Hence would only recommend mehran 2014/15 model.
Since ur drive is in city, so mostly max we drive at 60kph and the brakes required to stop suddenly (God forbid) is pretty much enough in mehran.
There is no specific braking or safety system in any of the cars u mentioned. Although people would say mehran braking comes at bottom of all 4 cars here, but still keeping in view city drive and low maintenance/running costs (that would be on top in all 4 cars) mehran is better.
Lastly, avoid CNG wherever possible.... we can get same or better fuel avg with petrol rather than cng if the car is well kept.
