Suggestion Required for Buying Car

Hi folks,
I am planning to buy a car under 30 Lacs, currently I have mitsubishi lancer 1990 , I have learned driving on it, so I am bit confused which car should I go for,
I personally like sedans but under my budget it will be 7 to 10 year old model like corolla or city. Do you guys suggest buying an approx 10 year of model or should I go for alto.
Also does cultus ags vxl has good drive experience?

in such budget you can conveniently buy a 2015 and above model well maintained Toyota Corolla sedan.
