1- Wagonr is fully capable of making that trip, and there is no need for hi octane. I have done this tour twice in my 2014 model, first one was from Karachi to Muree and back in March 2015 and the second was from Karachi to Naran and back in 2015 Eid Holidays.
2- License, registration, Tax etc, Highway code book (can be downloaded from HERE), Bank authority letter since your car is leased and ACLC NOC. As per my limited knowledge aclc noc is only required when the car is being transported by car carrier trailer not if you are driving the car and have the bank authority letter with you, but Sindh police only needs an excuse to get money out of their catch so if you think you can talk yourself out or u intend to grease their palm then u can go ahead and skip it but if u do plant to get it then get it as late as possible b/c it has only 15 days validity on it.
3- If you leave after fajar then u can easily make it to RYK at 3~4 Pm by driving near the N5 speed limit and never exceeding it. you can make it to Multan at around 9 pm but i would strongly advise against driving during the night on N5 near Bahawalpur region b/c if I recall correctly there is a significant patch of road which does not have any cat eyes, and lane markings as well as the edge line on the road have become almost invisible, to top it all off the people here like to drive on high beams which effectively makes you drive without using your eyes. I made this mistake of going to Multan during my first trip, it is relatively exhausting and dangerous due to above reasons, during the second trip I stayed at Bismillah guest house at Zahir pir nearly 90km from RYK located on the main N5, they had rooms with A/C and backup generator for 3000Rs.
4- I have done Muree, Patriata and Naran till Batakundi, I did not travel to Shogran though but I am confident that I can make it if I choose to. Just be patient while driving uphill in bumper to bumper traffic (which u will encounter a lot in Naran/ Abbotabad and maybe Manserah if you travel during Eid holidyas) use brakes to hold your car steady instead of creeping it with clutch this can cook your clutch, hold it on brake and use e-brake while taking off from stand still to prevent rolling off backwards in uphill motion and use lower gear while going downhill. Keep use of your brakes to a minimum use your engine to aid in braking during downhill maneuvers.
If you are unsure of your route and want to avoid the hassle of stopping and asking for directions then I would also recommend the use of Sygic with any gps enabled android cellpone along with ActiveGps app to stabilize the gps signal of your phone, this navigation software comes in very handy and you will not have to make a single stop to ask for directions throughout your journey.

Best of luck with your tour.
