@wajahat14 The 2 pairs of speakers will alone cost you around 20-25k (I am not talking about high end ones even) just some decent sounding ones (Pioneer, JBL, Sony etc etc). Otherwise if you go with chinese versions of these then that might be good for sometime but not in the long run.
For example, you can buy Pioneer 6x9 5-way TS A699S for 14k (if you can get hold of the original ones?
Sony 6x9 XS-6951 for 10k
Pioneer 6x9 4-way TS A6986 for 13k
Pioneer 6970f for 10k
These all are average prices for some decent 6x9 speakers
Now for 6.5 in speakers
Pioneer F1634 for 7k (difficult to find original)
JVC CSJ620 for 6-7k (difficult to find original)
These are not that much loud though, Max RMS would be 30-50 watts.
These 2 pairs (6x9, 6.5) are going to cost you about 20k, if you could get hold of the models I told you about.
Remaining 10k I could suggest you go for an amp from Pioneer or Kenwood etc., which you can get easily. Otherwise if you can get an amp imported you can go for Planet Audio or Boss audio amp for your speakers. Go for the better one in quality as you dont need high wattage because what I can make out is that you dont need an amp for the woofer (Right?).
And if you go by the rules than you'd be needing a HU with 3 RCA outs (not available with any Chinese HUs that I know of). As you are on a tight budget, get any Chinese HU which has 2 RCA outs and you can clip the wire of your 6.5 speakers to provide the signal for the basstube amp.
