Suggestions for buying a new bike

Hello Guys!
Need guidance of senior pakwheelers.

I want to buy a new bike for daily office commuting. Daily travel would be around 50km.
My priority is comfort and low maintenance.
I ride bike at 40-50km/h speed.

Kindly guide accordingly which bike shall suit me?

Just to clarify, for me comfort means right posture and no vibration of the bike.
