Faisal Hills has been launched based on the reputation of Faisal Town and Faisal Residencia. It may not be a bad choice but its a bit un-certain at this moment. Its still seems a good opportunity due to small investment required however location is good and if developed as planned will be a very good option in the long term. Still I won't suggest you to go for it at the moment and wait out for couple of months. If you can manage a bit more amount around 2 - 2.5 million Rupees, I suggest you check out Faisal town (F18) B block.
