Suggestions needed: Charade G-100 88 Model, Engine Swap (1KR-FE vs 2SZ-FE)

Hello experts!
I am from Lahore. I have just bought a charade G-100. It has it's original engine which is not in good condition. AC is and hydraulic power steering are working. I am looking to swap it's engine with automatic one.
from a little knowledge I have following options

1.0 1KR-FE
1.3 2SZ-FE
1.3 Toyota
1.3 13A Honda City 2008 engine

I wanted a good fuel economy with decent power in car. Car has to be used as a normal family car.
Also I wanted to fix interior noise and make it look beautiful

Please guide me at best!!

Gor 2sz-fe.1kr vibrates alot being 3 cyclinder.I don't know if 2nzfe will fit in charade or not.

1.3 will give you better mileage.
