My car also had patakha issue initially...only the plugs change to oem ones and tightening of air filter box solved the issue - its almost 2 years now and no patakha...another reason of patakha is water in fuel injectors in case you have washed the engine bay...
Btw, if your car is missing badly on cng and fine on petrol, this is a one of the biggest sign of coils bad. Everyone says coils are bad for every smallest of reasons even although coils are actually some real tough cheez! My car is with ff coils and completing 121k kms. They are only a bit weak but works perfect...mechanics are asking since 20,000km before to change them but why should i when they are fine
