You'll need to search the Used cars section to find one, and ofcourse you'll need to make frequent visits to the used car showrooms in Islamabad.
Do make sure you take an expert along with you to judge the condition of the car mechanically and cosmetically. Most MarkII variants are abused here and aren't kept well, you'll be lucky to find one in good nick.
Check all the electronics, go for a little test drive and try to find any rattling sounds in the cabin. Also make sure the transmission is good, there shouldn't be any jerky gear changes.

Do a little bit of research in the market and I'm sure you'll come across a good one, price ranges from 1.2-1.7 million, which is well under your budget.
