I bought 40" samsung f6300 yesterday from a known person in lhr.. This specific model hasnt been launched in pk but its available in the market.. Initially i thought this might be fake but aftrr searching around i went for it.. Its a smart tv aswell.. Although you can only connect and browse websites etc thru it meaning you dont get the smart hub which lets u download n play apps from android market.. But still when u switch it on it says android.. There might be a way to get some apps installed (will b looking into it inthe next few days) bt for now it has a few apps only.. Callender, browser, calculater, time widget, and even a task manager (to releaee memory) as its running on android..lol.. I think it can play 5-6 common video formats or even more as i hvant tried many.. Display is awesome.. You can go for a plain led tv aswell.. Samsung f5000 series led should be ur target if you dont want 3d or smart tv option.. Orient screens suck! Their black is dark gray.. Whereas samsung n lg's screens r the best these days! I dont knw the price of orient 40inch.. Bt i got mine for a lil less than 50k.. Thats the model specified above with a month warranty.. i bought an led frm this same person in mid 2012.. Samsunh e5000 series without any wareanty.. That led is still going superve! So for me without warranty isnt a deal breaker.. Bt for u it might be.. All things apart.. Ive heard led prices might fall by march or so.. I dont knw why or how, might just be wrong, didnt stop me from buying one.. My suggestion? Search websites and visit display centres of orient, samsung n lg to get an idea abt the product n price.. Once u do, compare the selected models n according to ur budget decide which one to choose..
