I need your valuable suggestions as I am going to purchase my first car for which I have the budget of 1.3 million with 50 PKR plus minus. As per my research I have shortlisted the Cultus and Swift in new cars while City in used models. I dont want to opt for JDMs because I dont want to spend much on maintenance as I recently started learning how to drive 
Plus finding a good jdm is not easy and most of their shapes do not attract me 
Though most people recommend these due to their build quality.
Cultus is on low priority due to its features and looks. but could not finalize among new swift or used City as both have their own pros and cons in terms of fuel consumption, shape, space, comfort etc. So I need suggestions from you all that is my decision right in terms of opting for a local manufacturer. or shall i consider some other car?
a) What would you recommend among swift and city? or would you recommend something else?
b) What model of city can i have in this budget?
c) What the maximum mileage I should opt for in case i go for city? (like 50,000km or 80,000. As i heard that till 80,000 its good but afterwards car can cause problems)
d) Shall I opt for used swift in case I want to avoid extra registration cost etc. in it because its 1328 so 
e) Does City new models (2013+) are more problematic in terms of suspension and quality etc?
My main concerns are following
1- Looks & comfort
2- Maintenance cost
3- Fuel economy
4- Resale value (though i dont intend to sale it anytime sooner let say year or two to say the least)
