Suggestions required for 4 days trip to northern areas

Need suggestions from expert travelers at Pakwheels. We are 4 friends planning a trip from Lahore to Northern Areas between 24-27 December.

Please suggest best possible destinations keeping in mind weather conditions. Places such as Naran/Kaghan, Azad Kasmir, Swat/Malam Jabba or any other destination reachable by car.

Please share itinerary, road conditions, places to visit, places to eat and stay.

We planned this trip on 1 hour notice, we are going out for shopping and hope that by the time we will be back, fellow pakwheelers will suggest and advise the best plan for our trip.

You are welcome to Pakhtunkhwa! Malam jabba these days is full enjoyment! Road is good and hotles recreations nearby!
Kalam road is like motrway till Bahrain, upwards, you have to chose digs from many dig holes on the road. Its not favorable to kalam!
You can visit Hunza via mingora to besham and then to Gilgit Baltistan.
Lowari pass is also awesome but weather is unpredictable! If an avalanche catches you, then its...........

Naran is covered deep in snow these days and most of hotels will be closed! You can visit Shogran, its snow there but not that like Naran.

There are many places in Azad Kashmir also that you can visit safely!
