Suggestions required for Automotive Service shop in Isb/Rwp area

I want to invest in automotive repair service shop in isb/rwp area. Each and everything related to automotive vehicles. Oil changes, tune ups, brake service, tire sales, alignment/balancing, suspension, engine repairs, compression testing, ac repairs and automotive diagnostic and scan with high end tools like Autel MS-906.
Which area or sector will be suitable to open a setup like this? what would be minimum monthly rental?

My guess is F-10 Markaz. However, good standards with economy can bring customers to far off places as well.

Open in area which is near to a place which stocks car parts, specially if you are not planning to stock parts yourself. It is a hassle to bring parts from far specially when your vehicle is opened.
