(189 Km) Day 4 Gilgit__ TO __Sost :::::::::::::::::: Rakaposhi View Point (gulmit, upper hunza ), Attabad Lake, Borith Lake, Passu Glaciers, Night Stay
(87 Km) Day 5 Sost__ TO __Khunjrab Pass :::::::::::

On day 3, try to cover till Hunza instead of Gilgit, as Gilgit will be hot during these days and Hunza will be really good place for stay..
On day 4, U can easily cover till Khunjerab Pass, so it would be better not to spend extra day for this..
On day 5, Just enjoy beauty of Hunza, Visit Forts, Hunza Bazar, night stay

Don't have idea about Astore..
