Thanks Mobeen brother,,, Your posts are really nice in forum.Now, what we have chalked out our plan, it is in black and some queries in blue:
Day – 1:Islamabad – SkarduVisit to Shangrila Lake. (Please confirm if this lake upper Kachura or lower kachura? Where is the other one and way is trekking or jeep track?). Any other recommended place on first day to visit in Skardu? What is distance of Kharpachu Fort and what will be the medium of transportation to reach there?
Shangri La is lower Kachura Lake. Upper Kachura Lake is around 20-30 min drive above Shangri La . It is a jeep track though u can do the hike as well.
Kharpachu fort is on the hill in the middle of the city. It is visible from the main road passing through Skardu city. It is hardly 2,3 minutes drive away from main road and then 30 min hike upto the fort.
If you arrive early in the day then u can visit the above locations alongwith older fort near Raja's residence.
Day – 2:Trip to Deosai National Park + Sheosar Lake.Back to Skardu. (Please suggest, should we go further towards Astore? how much is the distance from Sheosar to Astore? & what is the location of Trashing village, Rama lake while moving from Sheosar Lake? In one day can we reach from Skardu to Astore and visit all these places and then get some hotel for night stay? 
)
I have done Astore to Skardu on same day along with both forts and old bazaar
But for this u have to start early like 6 a.m. First stop should be Sadpara Lake. Then u can stop at Bara Pani in Deosai. Next, stop at Sheosar Lake. Try to spot Nanga Parbat there. Then go down to Chillam Chauki. You should be at Chillam by 2,3 pm. Then it will take around 2 hours to reach Astore. You can either stay in main bazaar or PTDC Rama.
Next day early morning go for Rama Lake trek and then move down to Astore and onwards to Fairy Meadows. It will take around 2:30 minutes to visit Rama Lake and come down to Astore. Then another 5 hours to reach Raikot bridge.
So after 8 hours say 3 pm u will be at Raikot bridge. Start the jeep trek and camp at Tatu village. Next day early morning start the trek to Fairy meadows.
Day – 3:Skardu – Fairy Meadows (Probably Tatoo village & Stay at night). If we from go from KKH then what is the exact point from where we will leave KKH and move towards Fairy meadoes?If we will go from Skardu or from Astore, please confirm keh "Raikot sarai pehlay aataa hai ya Tatoo village? aur inn donon main say rehnay kee jaga kahan mil saktee hai means some hotel? this is required so in next day we can save time and move towards fairy meadows".
If u come from Sakrdu then turn left from Jaglot bridge which connects skardu road with KKH.
If u come from Astore then turn left from Ramghat bridge which connects Astore road with KKH.
Jaglot is 1 hour drive away from Raikot bridge (starting point of Fairy Meadows)
Ramghat is 30 min away from Raikot bridge.
First reach Raikot Bridge. There is a closed Shangri La Hotel there.
From there hire a local jeep and go to Tatu village. Tell the jeep return time and date and same jeep will pick u for return journey.
From Tatu, 3 hour trek starts till Fairy Meadows.
Raikot Sirae is the first hotel with beautiful lawn and NP view point. But there are many hotels at FM.
Day – 4:Trekking to View Point and possibly Beyal Camp and return to the same place (Tatoo village / Raikot Sarai). I believe this is doable in one whole day. By the way how much is the one way time?
Fairy Meadows trek is tough. It is a continuous climb without any straight path till 2 hours. Then a little jungle type path comes which is a bit straight then after a u-turn another final climb of 20 min or so till Fairy Meadows.
I did the trek in 2:30 hrs.
Beyal Camp is around 1hr to 1:30 hr further ahead from Fairy Meadows.
Day – 5 & 6:Reach Back to Islamabad through KKH. Please confirm the better way back to Islamabad. Please confirm that in second week of July, can we come back from Chillas - Babusar Top - Naran - Kaghan - Mansehra - Abbotabad - Islamabad?What will be jeep expenses from Chillas - Naran?
If u hire a jeep u can come from Naran side to Islamabad as way is already open for Jeeps through Babusar pass.
Jeeps usually charge 5K from Naran-Babusar-Naran so for one side journey it should be in same range or max 6-7K.
If possible, please share the Jeep expenses per day as per above plan.
Dear Asif,Thanks for comment. But it seems difficult to leave fairy meadows as this is second time I am going there and I do not want to waste this chance. In first chance, I went to skardu but un-fortunately unable to visit both Deosai and Fairy meadows due to bad weather & wrong planning.
