Make sure to check that the car is rust free- they stand for ages outside the factory, and where they are delivered and tend to develop rust.
Make sure to find out production date, you don't want a car that's been made 4-5+ months ago, and everyone has taken a test drive in it.
Make sure coolant, engine oil and other necessary fluids are topped up.
Inspect the tires- check if they seem fresh, or used.
Smell the interior- it should smell like a brand new car:)
