As this will be your first car and keeping in mind your requirements, I suggest you should buy Honda City with low mileage and newer model and have a peace of mind for another 3-5 years if kept with care.

I would suggest you should buy a new car as as it will be your first and will hassle free and brand new unlike some 4-5 year old city that doesn’t even have basic features like airbags so I will suggest you should buy Kia Picanto as it sits within your budget and has good quality and features
