Sumitomo, dunlop or yokohama?

salam guyz. im installing R13 185,70 tyre in my vitz. 2day i checked my frnds shop at khalid bin waleed just adjacent 2 my shop. he told me the prices. dunlop is of 4100rs, yokohama 4900rs, sumitomo 3650rs. he told bestest tyre is sumitomo. i checked it 2. its v.soft as compare 2 dunlop and yokohama. but why its cheap? i ask him. he told tht dunlop and yoko arrived yesterday and its new rates, sumitomo is of last week and as u r neighbour so im giving u on old rates. khair i checked the tyre. it was fitted in corolla. as compare 2 dunlop and yoko the tyre was really comfortable. sumitomo is a gud tyre or bad? i need suggestion. im going 2 install on thursday.

although yokohama is good.....but ths new tyre is also working good 2

dear i m using sumitomo in my corola 2001 ... its realy a good tyre .. it is not givin me any prob in road grip or bracking etc .. em using it in isb ..

i'll suggest that u shud go for it ....

Have used all 3 of above and found them all good brands, rest if you get a nail in yr new tire that's just bad luck from driving on overcrowded roads. chk for d/o/m before buying. old d/o/m are ok for sparetire only and they would be cheaper

and dont ever go for dunlop .. coz em not satisfied with it in my santro ...... its just a bekaar tyre ... or may be its just me .. lets see wht other people advise u ....

after sumitomo ..... yokohama is also a gud option ....

i would recommend u dunlop lemans series. they are good and soft tyres with a lot of road grip. i have good personal experiences with dunlop.

dunlop lm701 does give grip on brake traction , soft ride ^ unless one is driving of those rides on which rotors lock up prettyquick.

i m having dunlop lemans lm701 in my vitz and they are giving good performance and traction is also very good

I'm also using sumitomo in my city 2002.really gud tyre and it has done 30-35k km's since installed and uptill now not a single puncture in any tyre.that's how gud they r.u should go for them.

Sumitomo (Y) Iam using Sumitomo HTR for my cultus and its worth every penny spent.

According to the Info I have -- Dunlop Eco series and others in Pak are made in Sumitomo Factory in Japan - and sumitomo in ahead from Dunlop with real tyre size keep both the tires togather sumitomo will look bigger/wider than Dunlop.
