Hi Ghuncha really impressive work I also own Nissan sunny 2001 just swapped from Cd20 to original B14 petrol. Issue is my car reduces oil although there is no smoke while drive or any heating problem also i am not satisfied with the wiring of my car oh yes my car RPM is not working i thought the meter has issues that is why i have replaced 3 meters but still no luck. I think you can help me in this regard
BTW i have just purchased another Nissan sunny full original with original cd 20 as i am keeping nissan different models from last 10 years. Lets meet if you feel like or we can talk 0345-9087934.

the original petrol engien in b14(pak) was ga14, its a rare engine in second hand market, and usually ga15 is available.

in any case ga has distributor ignition, with built in coil hence the rpm signal either needs to come from coil or in some layouts i have seen an output in the ecu.

ok so the update is i have two glitches left.

-the refrigerant pressure sensor, unlike older vehicles which come with a pressure switch in ac line, this needs a pressure sensor(3 wires) which tells the ecu the refrigerant gas pressure. not available new over here, i have attached a picture if anyone can help me finding one. in old parts market any newer(04+) Nissan should have this, its on the drier bottle of the ac system beside the condenser.

-second thing is the power steering load sensor, when connected the engine goes bonkers, idles at 3k rpm, i think its a faulty sensor though needs to be diagnosed.

If it is in 2004+ sunny then it will be available brand new at Kiani Autos or some other shop.

About PS, i beleive u have to change the whole pump from your buddy Mushtaq

yaar just a thought....have you thought about changing your exhaust pipping?
i mean, first of all, they will be filled with soot, and secondly they may be not be proper for QG...

soot is coming from muffler which is a temporary roblem, piping is same for QG and CD20.

I guess you are right it might be ga14 as i m not not much familiar with these terms. So again my question is would you be able to give it a look in case of electronic wiring and need you suggestion to improve it more..
