I was about to get my car stickers at the passenger side doors removed today for Rs. 500. But one of my acquanintence who owns a mechanic shop advised me against it. He said whenever you see a police just roll down the windows when passing them.
The fact is that these tinted stickers are much more convenient as compared to sunshades. Putting the sunshades on and off feels inconvenient. They also block the view completely creating difficilty when driving.
The tinted stickers provide privacy for the ladies at back and reflect some sunlight keeping the car cool. So, I have decided to keep them. I suggest you guys should also use the simple strategy if want to avoid paying challan for tinted black stickers. Just roll down the windows when passing by the officers in white or black uniform.
