Can you sell a vehicle released on superdari if you are the owner of the vehicle

you need to do some effort with help from seller, to obtain NOC from the concerned Court check the documentation at excise office find the FIR & case number court & police station concerned. 1 NOC as vehicle is no longer required for case proceedings will be issued by court ,[ or if case is closed the court will issue an order for release of case property ] with that NOC you need to visit the Police station at which the case is registered and obtain a 2nd NOC that vehicle is clear from the case. with that letter and transfer letter signed by original owner you visit the Excise office again and get papers sorted file clean for onward sale & transfer. Or use short cuts ( as nation we are habitual to it ) use wheels made of cash and clean the file / book for sale transfer.
