Surf 1993 2LTe engine swap recommendation

Respected members, I wanted to know about the options available for engine swap of my TOYOTA SURF 1993. Currently running 2LTe Engine. options must be categorized regarding following points.
1- Maintenance (parts availability / pricing)
2- Fuel Efficiency
3- Durability
4- Power

Get a 1kzte (later generation since the earlier were prone to cracked head) OR get a 1KDFTV post 2010 and "zindagi K bullay lootein". I would go for the V6 5vzfe but heavy on petrol.
