For a start, get all the bushings changed, they'll cost 7800 rupees for all of them for both front and rear suspensions.
Secondly, get your disks checked, most probably they're the culprits in vibration in braking.
The vibration at 100kmph can be due to a number of reasons, most probably high speed balancing will fix that.
The tuk sound can be upper arm's bushing.
About wheel bearings, the sound can be easily identified by bari bari jacking up each wheel and rotating them.
If you're ready to spend A LOT, go to Honda Fort, they're pretty good at what they do.
If you're careful with money, visit Honda House on Montgomery road. Visit the guy, talk to him, ask him for a day his mechanic is free (the mechanic he has specializes in the 6th gen suspensions), and get all the work done on the same day. Honda House is the best retailer when it comes to price and quality of Honda parts in Lahore, and he's not a greedy guy.
One suggestion : If the mechanic says ''4 bush sahi hain, 6 parnay walay hain" don't listen to him and get all of them changed.
