Suzuki Alto 2014 F JDM CVT Fluid suggestions

I recently got my service tuning done for my Alto 2014 F JDM and the cat converter cleaned with oil change. Was using 0-20W Havoline oil shifted to 10-30W same brand.
After driving 1500km, I am experiencing the car getting heavy and delaying shifts in D gear. Got it checked and the mechanic asked to get the CVT oil changed and the filter serviced. The car is driven 28K only.
Need expert opinion if i should change the CVT oil? Which brand? Shall i just change the oil or get the filter serviced as well?

I didn't know the oil grade history. Me being the 2nd owner read the specs on the bonut, but the mechanic suggested to shift according to the weather.

Their is no gear shifting in a CVT vehicle. Which variant of Japanese alto do u have.

Is it PRDS Or PRD+-

By gear shifting i mean, when driving in D gear the car drags and delaying gear changing.

I m pretty sure the specs in bonnet didnt say 10w30 oil. It would be max 5w30 ... pls switch back to the oil you were already using asap.

How was the cat con cleaned?

Bonnet said 0-20 and 5-30
Mechanic asked to use 10-30

Bonnet = manufacturer
Mechanic = not a manufacturer

Manufacturer designed the car not mechanic....if manuf says use 0w20 or 5w30, use that....in ur case since u were using 0w20, keep using it.....was there any issue before this oil change?

Pls also get ur car scanned on a computer to check if there are any faults.

Also, how was the cat converter cleaned? If the mileage is genuine then its not required to clean at such low 28k km.... ye bhi mechanic ne recommnd kia hoga, without any logic and justification.

No issue in 0-20 just lil bit knocking or ping. Average was getting low as well. Aur thori bhari pan feel horaha tha gari mei bus. Tou he recommended to use 10-30.
Can i switch back to 0-20 or 5-30 will be great as i have driven 1500kms
Abhe bhi gari bhari horai hai tou woh keh raha hai Transmission filter service karwalo aur transmission oil change karwalo.

He should move bck to 0w20 oil
But i cant see how due to transmisison oil/filter it seems bhari....assuming its 28k orig running.

Are you sure its 28k driven. Stick to 0W20, change its CVT oil, and clean the spark plugs too. The car can feel sluggish even if the airfilter is chocked or substandard
