Suzuki alto 2015 Vs toyota vitz 2008

I m confused about buying a car. I have 2 options.Suzuki alto 2015 around(price 700k) whereas vitz 2008 (price 840k).
The thing is I need to learn n practice my driving skills on that vehicle that would be my 1st vehicle n i want something which is hassel free which just required daily maintenance. while my running would be low around 40-45km daily. What would be a better choice for a female driver ? Plz recommend.

Well a mechanic showed me that car . He says it's perfectly fit all clear. Just body has a lot of scratch he said 50% will be removed after polishing. Avg is around 10 to 12 km a liter. All is genuine. But other mechanic says azab he vitz go for alto .though Mera dil is on that vitz.

Sister Vitz azaab nai hai. Azaab issay mechanics / drivers bnatay hain, jinhein pehlay car ki samajh nai aati, and then maslay masail ki.

Minor issues will definitely be there, like scratches, etc. but make sure k gari accidental, especially major accidental na ho. Pay special attention to engine, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, body, body pillars, etc. And to avoid hassle of different denters, painters, mechanics, electricians, etc. Just avail pakwheels carsure / inspection service:

And an Important thing, Alto will only be in Manual Transmission (MT), whereas Vitz will most probably be Automatic transmission (AT) / CVT. Aap k liay AT / CVT car, MT k comparatively zyada easy rahay gee and rush, stop-and-go traffic mein b faida dey gee.

Today I booked pakwhee and inform the person for arrival of inspection team .he said ok. After 30 mins inspection team called me to inform that the person contacted told them the car is sold. There must be something fishy.

Sister aap nay Vitz ki inspection k liay bulaya tha ya Alto ki inspection k liay? (because car is not mentioned), and I am getting a bit confused:

How did inspection team made contact with the seller? where as, you; (the potential buyer) called the team for inspection.

Generally, agar buyer inspection team ko call karay, then wo seller k sath bilkul contact ya baat cheet nai kartay. Car k jo b issues, pros / cons, plus / minuses, etc. hoon wo hameesha buyer ko btatay hain,seller ko nai (and same is true for vice versa, i.e. when the seller calls the team). How did the seller & Inspection team made contact with each other?

Actually I made it clear that I couldnt be there and gave them the contact no of seller.but the seller refused the team out rightly saying the car is sold out though when I informed him about the team visit he said its ok.

Well though pakwhee ads I find another vitz 2005 registered 2008 . He is asking 925k.
Vehicle is in good condition.

And regarding 2005 model Vitz, registered in 2008; I would suggest that if the vehicle is in good condition, you can buy it. Regarding price, I am not sure what are the market trends w.r.t. price? But one thing is confirmed, well-maintained Vitz will never come cheap.

And again, buy it only after availing pakwheels car inspection service, and if you are contended with the car report, bargain up to the max. possible extent.

I have gone through the ad and pictures. Apparently, the car seems fine, but it's exact condition can only be confirmed after it's physical inspection and verification.

Regarding the quote sister; you and the people may right, but let me share another quote:

"... Manzill aur Raasta btanay walay bohat hotay Hain, magar hath ya ungli pakar k; manzil p pohanchanay wala koi koi hi hota hai...!"

Sister, as I have already said, I do not know the market trends and prices; but the people who are saying that the price is high, ask them what should be the price? Get a figure. And regarding high price or availability of 3rd Generation Vitz in that price range, just ask them to get you the same / similar 3rd Generation (or 2nd generation) car in that price figure!

I can guarantee, they won't be able to get you the car. Just to satisfy their ego, they will get you severely damaged car in that price figure, which they quote.

Apparently, that car will seem perfect and flawless!

2nd Generation Vitz can be available as low as 7-8 lac, but at the cost of what? Reverse Odo reading, severe problems in Engine, suspension, transmission, major accident, etc.

Regarding model, model year, make, etc. Please also keep in mind the ongoing rupee depreciation since last year. With rupee depreciation, not only the new cars become expensive; used cars also become expensive!

Although, it shouldn't happen, but unfortunately, it happens here. It's a sad dilemma.

Just to give you some idea; One of my friends bought 2nd Generation Vitz in ~9 lac PKR around 3-4 years ago, and now, after driving for these years and clocking ~140,000 Kms on Odo, the car's current market value (as told by his mechanic) is around 11-12 lac PKR.

In Pakistan, cars never depreciate! Especially the ones which are considered as " Market ki Garis " !
