You have the cargo version with phatta seats if yes they can be moved back by removing the screws or you might want to change it with sofa seats ...

yes,have that cargo version which screw you are talking about pictures will help.On the other hand about the sofa seats I went to sultan ka kho but the prices over there were to much shopkeepers were asking 22k for the front and the rear seats of g2 alto and was giving me 2k for my seats

Yar i am not sure but there is a stand or you can say extender which is used because phatta seats are not at the same position as sofa , so remove that extender and the place where the extender bolts were placed u can fix ur seat there... Further if u upload photos , that may help

Hi Everyone.. You all are doing great job by helping us to understand the JDM Alto 660 cc very well. One general question.. I have recently bought 2007 JDM ALto 660cc.. Car is very good but i really want to confirm that is this car really comes in 3 gears? I did'nt know this until i drive it after buying so a bit disappointed by that. And can anyone compare the driving experience of alto with mira or honda life of same era. I have noticed that sound of engine and race can also be heard while we are driving it. it can be some time irritating. As we keep giving the race the echo continues to build and we hear the echo of engine while driving. SO this driving sound does it come in every 660 cc? or only in alto?

Congrats brother do share photos .... Yes it has 3 gears and high engine noise but echo ? I can't understand and it should be not there...!

And Brothers please let me know how effective is the removal of catalyc converter for better mileage? i am getting 13 km/l right now. air/ oil filter changed and engine oil also. also is the removal of catalyc change or effect the sound of the car? any disadvantage of removal?? I will be thankful.

Guys, is there any difference in 2-wheel and 4-wheel drive Alto G-II with full options? I have heared that market value of 4WD Alto is less and it also consumes more fuel in routine....Just purchased a Alto G-II 2008 with all options like ABS,power windows, Tinted rear windows,back wiper,motorized side mirrors,Side mirror de-fogger etc...A friend told me that this version of G-II is not that good as it is 4WD version...2 WD version is more valuable in market then 2 WD versions....Any Idea??

4wd works only in 1st and reverse gear. Not much difference in fuel consumption. Resale also not much different.

bhai meri pino ka 4x4 shaft kisi nay utara howa hay . u can also remove it and keep it at home if were worried for the feul consumption .

one tuk sound is making me crazy when even i slighty turn my steering wheel for cutting in trafiic or pull brake on slow speed . my macahnic says only service it with some oil spray underneath . is any one knows the solition for this tuk sound from the shock or suspention

lol its for first gear only ..check before you advise .... these 4x4 word very different compare to full time 4x4
