Till date 870km driven.

Do note that the average is low because it is being driven by my wife and sister for learning how to drive and garage parking and reverse parking. that actually brings the average down.

otherwise when i resetted after refueling and made two trips to port qasim and back the average on the cluster was 22kmpl and the AC was 70% of the time on

My vxl head unit blanked out during blue tooth call and restarted. It went to factory restore.
Took it to dealership and raised complaint.
New unit should be available on Monday

It's free should be done in 90 minutes. Make a list of issues or problems you want to get fixed.

Rest all good they would simply check for any loose nuts and liquids.

I want to install OBD scanner in my alto , existing ELM 327 is not working..

OBD2 scanners which support CAN protocol will work with suzuki cars. usually only expensive high end scanners support CAN protocol.

there are many cheap bluetooth obd2 scanners available on ali express which support CAN protocol.

It costs nothing. I got it checked last Saturday. The only charge was for oil and oil filter which they changed at my insistence

So I just realized, the driver power window power remains for a while just like it does in a Corolla.

Altho in a Corolla it is cut off when you open the door. But in alto it's still there for a little while. Very help full if u forget to close the window.

Getting used to the dinky, using it daily as a nite rider. Cleaned the window chalking yesternite.
Took it on liyari expressway didnt notice when I crossed 100km/h altho I havnt been taking it beyond 60-80 km /h.

My mother bumped it into some blocks, some nasty scratches on the front bumper .

Will probably get it sprayed at first 1000km service.

Yes sir very handy. Also the side mirrors keep operating till that time too so you can fold and unfold even when you have switched off the car.

The bumper has no primer or a second coat of paint its just plastic with the thinest layer of paint possible. No worries bumper can always be fixed in a jiffy.

@chinyoti. Glad to see you enjoy. Yes it's a nippy little package. I too hardly feel the 100km/h speed. Especially with my 175 Dunlops. Did you change those mopped tires?

Havnt got time to do anything. Have to 9 am to 9pm routine, begum was busy in chores so I fixed the carpet clips last night .

Good tire shops dont open on sunday. So just waiting for the right time, maybe il drop it at zafcom for seat covers and tires and pickup later in the evening.

Or maybe il take day off at 1000 km service and get all done.

You have 175s or 165?

I'm going for 165/70r13 only. 175 would be too wide. After driving WagonR for a year on 145s alto on 145 seems very stable. But still I have a khujli to replace them

Yes exactly. Just a spray. I guess the left corner only needs to be buffed and sprayed. I just need to find someone who can do the only corner part.

Every one wants to paint the entire bumper. I just dont want to remove it. I want the job done bumper lagei lagai

I just feel the door pockets in the car are very useless. Cant even hold a 50rs note 🤷‍♂️.
