Led bulbs will only throw light. There would be no cutoff, There would be no direction. They are not made for your car.

I have inquired from different suzuki dealerships about engine oil in new alto delivered to customer. They said 10w40 SM ultimate is being poured in alto in Karachi factory assembly line. Suzuki pakistan alto manual recommends 10w40 when comparing with 20w50 and other thick grade oil. Suzuki japan alto manual recommends 0w20 and 5w30 SN. Latest updated manual recommends 0w16 also. I'm not sure if suzuki japan are recommending more thinner oils for better fuel economy or for better engine protection. For alto turbo they recommend thicker 5w30 oil in the manual. Does anyone know if 10w40 would be just causing lower fuel efficiency as compared to 0w20 or would it also be slowly shortening engine life because of more wear on cold start and also not quickly removing engine heat during operating temperature?

LED is not for ALTO than is for which car ? coz before i installed in my swift and LED throw was fine n straight but this time isssue

The lights are not conventionally places on the LED bulb. Thats why you would not get the conventional throw.

Im not sure what was happening in your Swift but you can never get a cutout or proper light with a HID bulb or LED bulb in a H4 Headlight assembly.

Still try rotating the bulb, you might get better results (if installation with rotation is possible)

okay guys I just got to know from Paksuzuki is that the Alto is getting engine warranty claims. The problem is that some altos are mixing water and oil due to headgasket failure, which causes engine to heat up and so engine gets seized. Paksuzuki is also baffled as to what to do as engine is coming from Suzuki japan. They are replacing engine but arent able to find the solution. I hope anyone here hasn't faced this issue.

Why would you replace engine for decreasing oil? and not fix the Oil decreasing issue.

Never heard of such a issue, if you know a genuine case please refer here.

Refer a genuine case of a genuine source, Dont go on claims. Just came in Sep/Oct 2019 VXR Careem driven almost 30k.

i obviously cannot specify my source and a genuine case (because i am not in paksuzuki factory) but this issue is there as in not widespread but some cars did face and are facing this. And NO i did not say all altos will face this I just gave a heads up that this is happening.

this is exactly what happens when you put in a 10w40 oil in a car which is designed for likes of 0w20 thinner oils. Its not suzukis fault but pakistanis hired by suzuki who never respond to my technical email and claims....they are pouring in 10w40 from assembly line to save cost which will surely result in claims.

also many people and dealerships dont know Alto takes in 2.6L engine oil with oil filter replacement. i have seen dealerships pouring in 3L and even 3.2L in the tiny engine....

Yesterday I went to Islamabad and I was surprised to see almost 7 to 8 Kia Sportage but was not able to see a dozen Alto... it is almost 1 year passed and still not too many Alto in market...I have seen few parked in Suzuki showroom...
Is Alto still struggling to establish its market with very high on road price for basic car when Prince pearl and united bravo is available at very low price compared to Alto

Japanese alto owner's manual shows SL, SM and SN service rating oils can safely be used SL being the least recommended. Suzuki's SGO 10w40 ultimate has service rating of SM whereas 10w40 premium has SG rating. Not too sure wether they are pouring premium or ultimate oil in assembly line. Two different dealers on call said 10w40 ultimate is what's being poured

Bhai app kon say islamabad gaye thay??. Inside islamabad every other car is now alto. There are 6 in my street already including mine.

Suzuki ki aik he tou gari hai alto.jo bik rahi hai. All the people in my street bought alto as second car but nownits their primary to move inside islamabad
