Update on my gear oil dispute with the dealership.
Suzuki pakistan customer service is bull shit. They just do yes sir, g sir, will call u, your query is forwarded.
I again today contacted the dealer and suzuki, Suzuki says your complaint is in consideration. While the dealer says you'll have to pay the difference.
We agree that we changed the oil on wrong interval but the oil you we used is 100% as per Suzuki recommendation. And that i should go through the warranty booklet of this car. Leaving the owners manual.
On which I did go through the warranty booklet and he has a valid point it is correct.
But that bullShit warranty booklet is a standard book for all Suzuki models and is printed in 2017. While Alto was launched in 2019.
I have again emailed Idiots at Suzuki and also sent pictures of the booklet being from 2017 to the dealership.
Either Suzuki has put the blame on the dealer or Suzuki isn't entertaining the dealer at all.
Its the matter of bloody rs.9000 for the oil can box I dont know why is it being dragged so much.
I had my Corolla engine seal replaced in 2011, the dealer was then also being a shit hole. While an email to indus motors sorted my issue in less then 3 days
Any suggestions ? I have tried emailing Suzuki Japan that has been of no avail.
