Mine is 2019 and yes i have travelled from lahore to isb and back same day even touching full meter at times. No heatup issue.

Bought Alto VXL AGS in July-19 got delivery in Oct-19. So far around 19k driven. Alhamdulillah overall satisfied with the performance. Fuel average in Karachi city driving is around 16 km/l. On long around 19+ Couple of trips to Karachi-Hyderabad. Once took it till Nagarparker (approx. 500 km from Karachi) during last winter, didn't face any heat up issue, got average of 21 km/l.

AC performance is also pretty good. I usually keep fan speed between 1~2. However, if car is parked in open for long and outside temperature is considerably higher than average like above 37 C then it takes some time to cool obviously due to constant sun heat which I guess is normal for such a small car.

My daily commute is between I.I. Chundrigar Road to Gulshan e Iqbal. If you are from Karachi you may have an idea about traffic condition during rush hours in this area.. Alhamdulillah, never experienced any problem with AC performance due to traffic conditions.

Not faced any issue with AGS transmission yet but it is the only thing I don't like in this car.

It is obviously not as smooth as CVT or normal automatic. The jerks during initial gears (1st & 2nd) is very much annoying, sometimes car struggles to change gear specially from 1st gear to 2nd gear. However, after driving the car for sometime you get used to of it.

If i want to buy Alto which should I prefer Pakistani Alto or Japanese Alto?? Both have same parts??

You cant have everything. It all depends on how you keep/maintain JDM cars.
If you maintain them right then they are just like any other car, regular maintenance only.

Japanese car 2018 model and 2021 registered cost around 19 lakh as compared to Pakistani alto(VXL) which will cost around 15.5 with registration in July. there is huge difference in cost now.
