Anyone who has replaced OEM infotainment panel on Alto VXL with a better android one?

Any Japanese Alto with auction grade 4 or higher will cost you around 2.1 Million which is much higher price as compared to Pakistani Alto.

This is the main issue, at 2.1 million there are many many better options in new and used, compared to JDM Alto. Otherwise at previous price, JDM Alto was amazing. I am sure about the build quality, ENE-Charge and other advantages.

About parts, JDM Alto is also a pretty common sight, doesn't that mean parts should not be an issue? Parts are plenty for common JDM imports like Mira etc.

The jerks during initial gears (1st & 2nd) is very much annoying, sometimes car struggles to change gear specially from 1st gear to 2nd gear.

I was told by a Suzuki mechanic to release the accelerator for a second at 20 kmh (for second), 30 (for third) and so on. He said this will reduce AGS wear and tear, and in my experience, it reduces jerks to almost none. This is about Cultus AGS but should translate to Alto as well.

all these tricks and tips are only for your mental satisfaction.

the AGS does wonders after 3rd/4th gears. In initial gears switching between 1 & 2 , Getting out of a basement, Stop and go traffic you should use manual mode.

It often misses gears which is a safety hazard aswell, Specially at crossing intersections.

if you want to buy a manual car, PKDM Alto is a very good choice. If you want automatic you have alot of other options.

Yes bumpers, Lights major parts fitment is same for Japanese alto and Pakistani Alto.

Pakistani alto cannot fit, Japanese Altos Plastic fenders.

Yes, that's what I always do to avoid excessive jerks, but still AGS transmission is not that smooth in initial gears.

I purchased alto pkdm vx in march 2020 in gray color

I have two major issues
One is ac problem, which was install by punjab car ac lahore, some times when i push ac button it stall the engine even on stationary car without any gear engage

2nd issue is paint scratches
I purchased 2 micro fiber towel for washing the car on very first day but every time i clean the car it show more scratches

alto india vs pkdm. I think the pakistani looks better atleast, but way expensive.

VXR since 2019, went thrice to north from KHI, no issues up till now 18K driven.
Yes car is idle for 2 persons and good for 4 people.
Enjoyable drive on long routes due to AC.
AC is best comparing with Cultus and all old cars.

I went to swat, malam jamba, kalam and aur place.
I used AC on motorway only. 4 person light weight luggage. Yes stop after 300 km, for tea / break of 15 mins. But i loves the comformt of alto space

Alto is not 100% imported as CKD. Alot of parts being made in pakistan.

So your 29% formula is vague. Let's wait for official price reveal.

I wonder why is pakwheels making a fuss about price decrease and then mentioning tentative and expected. Please wait for official price reveal by official mediums.
