when giants such as adamjee and mbi are present already manufacturing a huge variety of nuts and bolts... this seems very unlikely.

mbi manufactures all the bolts used in honda motorcycles.

they are just properly galvanized. you can get it done in karachi. acid clean all the bolts and have them galvanized.

the real problem is torque to yield bolts. these are not commonly available.

or you can just get stainless steel bolts for general use. also available in market. i use SS adamjee wood screws regularly.

whats your experience with comfort level between an alto and wagon r?

i spend nearly 1-1.5 hours one way driving.. have tail bone pain. currently have a 1996 civic. no problems with my current car as such. need a second smaller car.

No heat up issue... Drove all the way from Karachi to lahore with ac on ... And will be going back the to Karachi by this week

Which variant of Alto are you comparing with which variant of Wagon R?

I have alto vxr (for 2 years now) and wagon r (for 3 years) both Alhamdulillah, and I found the overall drive of alto to be better than that of wagon r. The only 2 advantages of wagon r in my opinion are engine power and trunk space(with spare tyre) and everything else is either better in alto or same

I kept Wagon R VXR for 4 years (2015-2019), driven over 100,000KM and then changed to Alto VXL, driven around 20,000KM so far. (Travelling reduced by 50% due to work from home arrangements )

I felt seats of Alto are better in posture and slightly more comfortable. It's correct that back of rear seat is not high enough but due to better sitting position and extra ordinary leg room it felt more comfortable for up to 2 adult. By the way I'm 5'11" and my head didn't hit the roof.

Alto:

• better fuel average
• better seats
• more rear leg room
• more stable on motorway
• extra security features
• extra other features

Wagon R:

• slightly better AC
• more boot space
• better build quality
• quieter engine
