yes bro, i know in June govt gave special relief to small car by reducing sales tax.
in initial budget it was only for uptp 660cc later extended upto 1000cc.
principally there is uniform sales tax rate of 17% with certain exceptions given thru SRO as special relief.
at 4th year of tenure, every govt works presenting pitical budget instead of based on economics and other factors.
All indicators also point towards same thing happening, like they reduced sales tax on petrol to 0 percent today.
i think impact of sales tax on petrol is many fold more than that of a small segment of manyfactured cars.
anyways lets hope fir the best and think positively.
with context of this thread max impact due to sales tax will be under 50k on alto so things shud be undercontrol more or less.
