When did you book & which color? I booked in early January got TDD of 120 days i.e. 13th May 2022 submitted new FED on Feb 17th although sales man told me that you may get early delivery as vxr white is mostly manufactured where as other colors are less manufactured he also told me deposit FED asap as that will also increase chances of early delivery. Sent email & called customer support yesterday and they said check in start of month of May as TDD is 13th May and I also told lady on the phone that salesman told me Suzuki will try to deliver in 60 days due to penalty imposed by Govt for delivery later than 60 days she said yes that's their priority but check in month of May. I am honestly disappointed why suzuki is taking time in delivering alto vxr as its their bread & butter. I can see there around 390 VXRs available for sale on Pakwheels and there are open invoice too but actual customer who has paid in full are waiting.

good good, VXR is a better option, if you need anything let me know, i know a person in peshawar he can get you everything, power windows, side mirrors, headlight motors, etc

I booked on Nov 04 2021

on Nov 05 went to dealership to deposit PO, but lady excused that no car available.

showed a few shaded of myself..

the sales manager swiftly agreed to start process..

i made sure that my PO was deposited on the same date in bank..

kept in touch with them and had to show a few more shades...as no booking number was issued by PSMCL..

on 10th had to visit again to make sure that no extra will be paid from my side and i have every intention to get the car from them...

by evening i got the booking number with TDD March 10th

next day prices were increased and dealership staff was v disappointed with me...

in Jan FED applied, had to pay 38k more...

on 9nth March, no news of car, had to call customer relationship officer in karachi, had a long chat about 1 hour, in end he said that car will be with before March 14th..

got delivery of car on March 10th, Alhamdolillah, its spotless save 12v power socket does not work!!

I am glad that you have received your car but at the same time I feel that we have to deal them with hard hand in order to get vehicle even after 120 days this actually worries me and amazing thing that your was made available on next day where as on call person said that it will be there by March 14 how come it became available next day which means they have cars available but they don't allocate to customers and there are many cars which can be seen parked inside outside of dealerships.

the customer care guy was lazy enough not to even check the production and delivery list,

the car was already in delivery process as it had to be delivered in Lahore...

after checking the list and to ease his embarrassment he gave the date...

these people are super lazy and careless abt customers

manual says use 10w 40 but i guess a thinner oil can be used as i used to put in lappin

Engine oil is still tricky for Alto. I was using 0W20 after 5000 kms.

10W30 or 10W40 SN are also ok if you want to keep running costs minimal.

Gear oil for manual transmission 75W 90 is ok. Suzuki was pouring SAE90 earlier which is used in Mehran, Carburator Alto, Bolan Etc

75W is for AGS to minimize the jerk (cost rs.3000 or 3500 a liter)

I think I have the video to install floor Matt clips il send it to you.

Since my Alto is in one year free maintenance package, PakSuzuki is pouring 10W40 in it. The car is running absolutely fine and giving an average of 22-23 kmpl with ac (70% GT road, 30% city). I don't think there is advantage in using too expensive oils in these daily runners. Just change the oil on time and use genuine oil and air filters.
