took the car for a little highway run of around 440 Kms.

mashAllah it did perform very well..

got the tank topped up on return as the fuel light was on, it took 24 liters for 435 kms, almost 18 Kms per liter..

i drove the car 130 km/hr most of time, mashAlllah no wobbling or any other issue, suspension was decent enough.

learning from the experience of other users on this thread, i got the wheel balancing redone from the dealership before the journey.

AC also performed really well, overall nice experience, like the ferrari sound at 130kph

Pretty Decent Fuel Avg on constant speed of 130 , i also wanted to clock atleast 900km on the odometer before taking it to the first inspection. Do you have any idea if i can take it for the inspection even if you pass the 1 month 15 days mark??

There is whistle coming from alto fuel pump and audible in cabin. Suzuki accepted the fault and changed the fuel pump twice but both new pumps had same whistling noise. Now I have stopped pursuing this and learned to live with it. Noticed same noise in brand new other cars as well. There is zero sound proofing in this car.

Is it okay to take this Alto on a tour? I am not asking from engine power pov but the toll it might take on the engine because it will be running non-stop from Karachi to RYK and then Islamabad the next day. Do we have a member who has been doing this with the ODO around 50-60K?

I know some careem cars they are being used on karachi lahore route. They are more then happy mostly because of the fuel average

2021 Alto delivered in Oct. Fault is there as it was accepted by Suzuki and it costs 97,000 PKR.

That's a positive review, thanks. I am actually planning going on a tour the same week I get my car delivered. Haven't shared about the booking with my wife yet was just a bit of concerned about the reliability in the long term. Kyu k if I don't go on tour I will hit 1000Km in a year maybe lol.

Yes i heard of the same issue. A friends alto wasnt being handed over by dealership because of the issue. The dealership stated that they will fix it and then deliver the car.

Chalain chalain, it should serve you well. Try to get your 1000km service/ inspection from which ever city you are.
